It’s important to understand methodology. We are comfortable with the idea that some in the digital marketing space may not agree with parts of our methodology. The important thing for us is knowing what works and what does not in certain situations. With online marketing there is no one-size fits all approach.

Think of digital marketing as a Swiss-army knife. It’s got a bunch of tools, but not every tool is appropriate for every situation. This is where we believe our experience in the industry and seeing fads come and go give us some unique perspective.
Our first and foremost goal is to deliver value in the form of ROI. While there are many metrics you can measure in the digital space, we’re interested in what makes your cash register ring.

Someone looking for an emergency plumber is much higher in urgency than someone looking for information to write up an RFP for a cybersecurity they plan to bid out in 90 days.
- Personality – This is often overlooked and a pet peeve. Your personality type will determine how much time and resources are directed towards social media. Many so-called social media gurus will tell you to grab your smart phone and start creating content. We understand that not everyone wants to be on camera or commit to a regular schedule of video content creation.
